Cooking for us starts with a walk in our garden, or a visit to the farmer's house, or even to the market, as we prefer freshly picked fruit and vegetables. We choose what we put on our guests' plates based on the ingredients of the moment. Our menu regularly includes mangalica, buffalo, lamb, grey cattle and other meats. Our dishes are based on classic cooking, using old recipes and combining the knowledge and modern creativity of our chef with years of international experience.
We are committed to natural flavours. We have eliminated artificial flavour enhancers and additives from our kitchen. We prefer to flavour with herbs cut from our garden. We bake our own bread, serve our own strudel, offer locally made syrups, fruit juices, cheeses, fine wines and special local brandies. We believe that quality gastronomy is based on good ingredients and heartfelt hospitality. The wonderful views and the tranquillity of the forest also help to ensure that both body and soul are well fed.

We can serve large groups in our covered garden
We can organize small - large family celebrations, birthdays, weddings, corporate and other events, even outside the indicated opening hours, by prior arrangement.
